Services Prior to Your Event/Wedding Day

• Two (2) consultation appointments as your event approaches (typically scheduled within one month of the scheduled day).

• Ongoing and unlimited contact with you via phone, Zoom or email (During office hours)

• Coordination of your Wedding rehearsal and ceremony (for Weddings only)

• Oversee the decor

Services Prior to Your Event/Wedding Day

• Preparation of a personalized and very detailed event /wedding day timeline

• Confirmation of all vendors

• Delivery of the timeline to all vendors and the event venue

• Greeting your guests and directing them to the event area for guest of honor’s entry

Service on Your Event/Wedding Day

• Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards

• Manage the timline of your events with vendors, family and guests

• Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can relax and enjoy yourself

(2 - 2-hour face-to-face meetings and 8.5 hours on your Event/Wedding Day)

• Provide professional vendor referrals (If needed)

• Assist with ordering Event/Wedding station

Services Prior to Your Event/Wedding Day

• Distribute a shortened version of the timeline of events to your Wedding party at the rehearsal

• Coordinate Rehearsal Dinner (if needed) for an additional cost ($100)

Service on Your Event/Wedding Day

• Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards

• Manage the timing of your events with family, Event/Wedding party and guests

• Provide additional Event/Wedding coordinator assistants (if needed)

• Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can relax and enjoy the loving memories

(3 - 2-hour face-to-face meetings, 1.5 hours on your rehearsal day and 8.5 hours on your Event/Wedding Day)
